Jade Hill is a housing development in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan. It is a good example of how we work: one team taking the site from bare ground to finished roads and houses.
Our crews carried out the earthworks, roads, drainage and on-site detention (OSD), together with the building works — from platform compaction and ground slab reinforcement to column formwork and brickwork. The work ran in three phases between 2022 and 2025.
How the work unfolded
- 2022–23Main drain and upgrading works
- 2023–24On-site detention (OSD) pond for the first phase of 95 single-storey terrace houses
- 2024–25Second-phase housing works: building, internal M&E and related infrastructure
