On-site detention (OSD) works

Stormwater detention the local authority asks for — OSD tanks and detention ponds, built together with the drains they connect to.
Local authorities require new developments to control stormwater run-off. We build on-site detention (OSD) systems and detention ponds that hold stormwater and release it at a controlled rate.
Because we build the drains and roads too, the detention structure, its inlets and outlets and the drainage network are set out to the same levels and finished in one programme — as at Jade Hill in Tampin and Skywiz Gangsa Residence.

Both hold stormwater and release it slowly. An OSD system is usually a structure such as an underground tank within the site, while a detention pond is an open basin. The drainage design decides which is used.
Yes. That is how we usually work, so levels and sequencing stay under one team.
The drainage and OSD drawings, the BQ or scope of work, the site location and your programme or tender closing date.
Dalam Bahasa Malaysia: tangki OSD, kolam takungan (detention pond), tahanan air larian, kontraktor OSD.
WhatsApp us the drawings, BQ or just a site photo — we’ll come back with questions or a price.
