From formation level to the final premix wearing course — new roads, access roads and road upgrading for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Roads are the core of our work. Jayaland builds new estate roads, access roads and internal roads for developers and project owners, and upgrades existing roads to specification.
Our site team handles the full pavement build-up, working to the approved drawings, specifications and the requirements of the local authority.

Which areas do you cover?
We take on projects across Peninsular Malaysia. Completed work includes projects in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send us the road drawings or layout plan, the bill of quantities (BQ) or scope of work, the site location and your tender closing date. WhatsApp or email is fine.
Can roadworks be combined with earthworks and drainage?
Yes. We deliver earthworks, drainage, OSD as well, so the whole infrastructure package can be handled by one team.
Do you work as main contractor?
Yes. We take on infrastructure packages as main contractor for developers and project owners, and also as works-package contractor for other main contractors, on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
