Premix laid with our own crews — new road surfacing, and mill & pave resurfacing of existing roads, by day or at night.
Premix — what most people call jalan tar — is the part of the road everyone sees. Our premix works lay the binder and wearing course on new estate and access roads, and resurface existing roads by milling off the old surface and paving new premix.
Recent work includes premix paving street by street at Parkland Chin Chin in Jasin, and about 9 km of night-time mill & pave along the Langat 2 pipeline route in Kuala Lumpur, to PAAB specifications.

Do you carry out mill & pave at night?
Yes. On the Langat 2 pipeline project in Kuala Lumpur much of the milling and paving was done at night, with the crew working along the live road.
Can you resurface an existing road?
Yes. We mill off the old surface and lay new premix, or overlay where the specification allows.
What do you need for a quotation?
The road layout or area, the premix thickness and specification (or the BQ), the site location and your programme.
